About Us
Our Aspirations and Why
WWC's mission is to provide mainly female working professionals in Calgary access to a broad group of peers from a variety of industries. This enables us to extend our networks by drawing from a larger pool of knowledge and experiences as we pursue success in our careers and personal lives.
How We Achieve It
At this moment, WWC members get to attend at least three events per year: one in late January, one in May and one in September. These events are informal gatherings where invitees can drop in for a glass of wine and meet like-minded people. There is no program and no agenda, but we may change up every now and then to keep things fresh!
These events create opportunities for members to get together at no charge (excluding food and beverage). Our current membership stands at over 9,000 women, with up to 150 attendees at any given time at an event. Best of all these events are fun-filled and unstructured, which leaves it up to the individual to decide how long to stay and with whom to follow up later.

An influential and effective Marketing and Business Development Executive with over 15 years of success in energy and other industries. She's the founder of Women Working in Calgary and a proud mother of two young boys.
Board Member
A Wealth Advisor and Certified Financial Planner with over 18 years of experience in the Financial industry, and a passion for helping families achieve their financial goals. She co-founded Women Working in Calgary since 2011 and has been actively involved in the group and other organizations' activities with her two young boys.

A Principal Architect by profession and an avid wine connoisseur.

The newest board member, and an E-commerce and Digital Marketer by profession, she loves to help the Calgary business community to uncover their potentials through building relationships online and offline. This WWC website is one of her masterpieces as a debut in her role as a Board Member of WWC in 2019.
